COVID-19 Policy Update

First of all we would like to express that the safety and health of our employees and customers is always will be our top priority. 

As COVID-19 continues impacting a majority of countries around the globe, we here at Legends Media are closely monitoring and implementing protocols issued by local and state officials to ensure we do our part in preventing the spread of the virus.

As of midnight PST on March 20th, government officials for the State of California executed a "Stay at Home" executive order, some counties with a heavier impact have had to close all operations.  This order includes a requirement that all 'non-essential' businesses reduce operations in the county of Riverside, therefore we have a very limited amount of staff on hand and shipments, exchanges, cancellations, and returns will see a delay until the order is lifted. We are doing our best to handle everything in a timely manner but please take note we are very limited on staff at this time.

We are continuing to monitor announcements from our local and state officials and will update this page with any new developments that impact our ability to ship out orders.


Customers are welcome to place new orders, however, please note shipments will be delayed or take extra time to fulfill until we return to normal operations. Rest assured that once we receive the authorization, we will resume our operations to full-time.
