Q: How fast will my order ship?
A: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We ship via USPS and UPS. After it has shipped, average delivery times are 2-5 business days within the United States and 1-2 weeks if it’s an international order (depending on the country). Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes we do ship internationally to most countries.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have a defective item, please email a photo of the item to email@example.com.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping info, how do I fix it?
A: Send us an email with the correct address and order number right away and we will do our best to get your order updated prior to it shipping out.
VIP MEMBERSHIP FAQ'S
Q: My shirt size is either too big or too small, how do I update my shirt size going forward?
A: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your requested change and the email address used for your VIP membership and we will get the shirt size updated. The update will take effect on your next billed shipment.
