  • NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
  • VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
  • ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.
  • SKILL-TESTING QUESTION REQUIRED FOR RESIDENTS OF CANADA.

BY ENTERING (OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN) THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT—READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1) ELIGIBILITY

The Honda S2000 Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license as of date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Legends Media (“Sponsor”), Premier Ikon Inc., Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), their immediate family members, and those living in the same household as such individuals (whether legally related or not) are not eligible. Immediate family includes spouse/partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren and their respective spouses; “same household” means sharing the same residence at least three (3) months per year. If a household (by address) enters using more than five (5) unique email addresses, all entries from that household may be disqualified in Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole discretion. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, provincial/territorial, and local laws apply. By participating, you unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question to be eligible for a prize.

2) TIMING

The Sweepstakes begins 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 25, 2025 and ends 11:59 p.m. PT on November 3, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s designated computer clock is the official time-keeping device.

3) HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter if eligible under Section 1:

A. Online Purchase Method of Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase any item(s) from the Legends Media store at www.legends.media. For every $1 spent (based on list price, excluding taxes, shipping/handling, and less credits/discounts), you will receive one (1) entry, subject to the limit below. If a purchase is returned prior to the drawing, entries associated with that purchase will be voided. All purchases are subject to Sponsor’s return policy. Your transaction must be completed before the end of the Sweepstakes Period and is subject to verification. VIP multipliers: VIP Silver = 2 entries/$1; VIP Gold = 5 entries/$1; VIP Platinum = 10 entries/$1 (all excluding taxes/shipping and subject to the limit below).

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)

Legibly hand-print your full name, full mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address, phone number, and birth date on a plain 3x5 inch paper (a “Mail-In Entry”) and mail in a hand-addressed, properly stamped envelope to:

Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately. No photocopied/mechanically reproduced entries. Sponsor is not responsible for postage-due entries or incorrect/illegible data. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 3, 2025 and received by November 10, 2025. Compliant Mail-In Entry = one hundred (100) entries, subject to the limit below.

Entry Conditions & Limits

The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for technical difficulties or for false/incorrect/changed/incomplete/illegible contact information. LIMIT: Up to 5,000 total entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method or combination of methods. Attempts to exceed limits by using multiple or false contact information, accounts, or other means may result in disqualification. Automated, scripted, macro, robotic, or programmatic entries are void. Incomplete, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, late, or misdirected entries, or entries otherwise not in compliance with these Rules, may be disqualified. Entries by ineligible individuals are void. In event of dispute over identity, entry is deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email address associated with the entry (subject to eligibility). Proof of status as registered account holder may be required. If identity cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, entry is ineligible.

4) RANDOM DRAWING

On or about November 11, 2025, Administrator will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received.

5) ODDS

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

6) WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE CLAIMING

Potential winner will be notified via email (or other contact method) using information provided on the entry form within a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for undeliverable notifications due to filtering, full inboxes, changed/incorrect contact info, or other issues. If potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, is ineligible, fails to comply with these Rules, or notification is returned undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate selected. Potential winner must complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Agreement (“Declaration”) within ten (10) days of notification. Canadian residents must also correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance. Failure to timely execute required documents, incorrect skill-testing answer (for Canadian residents), or noncompliance will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate (up to three (3) alternates), after which the prize may remain unawarded. Potential winner becomes the winner only after verification by Sponsor.

If winner is a resident of Alabama or Nebraska and under nineteen (19), a parent/legal guardian may also be required to sign the Declaration.

No more than one (1) prize will be awarded. If multiple bona fide claimants appear, winner may be selected by random drawing among all purportedly valid claimants—your sole remedy under such circumstances.

7) PRIZE & RESTRICTIONS

One (1) Prize: One (1) 2000 Honda S2000 (approx. 80,156 miles). Winner is solely responsible for tax, title, registration and any fees on the vehicle. Winner must retain ownership of the car for at least six (6) months upon receipt.

Travel/Transport Budget (up to $5,000 USD):

  • Winner must travel to Wildomar, CA to take delivery.
  • Within this budget, Sponsor will provide one (1) round-trip economy airfare from a major commercial airport near winner’s primary residence to a major airport near San Diego, CA (Sponsor may omit air if winner resides within 150 miles of Wildomar, CA) and one (1) night hotel (room & tax only).
  • Any remaining budget may be used to transport the car to winner’s home. Unused amounts are forfeited; winner is taxed only on the actual value provided.
  • Winner understands and agrees the Prize ceremony may be videotaped/photographed; all rights belong solely to Sponsor for any media use.

Important Vehicle Note: Vehicle may not pass smog or other inspections in certain states. Winner should verify standards for their jurisdiction before accepting the prize.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $24,000.

Additional Requirements/Disclaimers:

  • Winner is responsible for licensing, insurance, registration, and any costs related to acceptance, pickup/transport, or use of the prize not specified here.
  • Winner must pick up the prize at a Sponsor-specified U.S. location within 30 days of notification of availability; failure may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate.
  • Winner must present required identification and valid driver’s license and proof of legally required insurance prior to taking delivery.
  • Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where lawful, in its sole discretion. No substitution or transfer by winner.
  • Risk of loss/damage/theft passes to winner upon delivery.
  • Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no guarantees. All express/implied warranties (including merchantability/fitness) are disclaimed by the Sweepstakes Parties.
  • The responsibility of claiming and arranging transfer belongs to winner; Sponsor will assist and facilitate reasonable shipping and fulfillment duties by winner.
  • Prize will be awarded upon redemption, confirmation, verification, and final approval by Sponsor.
  • Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes. Winner must provide a valid Social Security Number for tax reporting. Form 1099 will be issued for the actual value received. Sponsor will attempt to fulfill properly-claimed prize within approximately 4–6 weeks after verification.

8) PUBLICITY/GENERAL

Subject to applicable law, winner expressly grants the Sweepstakes Parties the irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right to use and publish their name, social handles, likeness, voice, biography, and place of residence for advertising, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, without notice or compensation other than the prize. All intellectual property in such advertising is owned by Sponsor and/or its licensors; winner waives any claims thereto and any claims of misuse or control over such materials. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for disruptions, including social media or ISP failures. If a discrepancy exists between these Rules and other materials, these Rules control. In the event of a Force Majeure (e.g., natural disaster, epidemic, strike, act of God, governmental order, etc.), Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes or prize. Sponsor may also modify, suspend, or terminate if corruption or interference affects administration, integrity, security, or proper play.

9) CONDUCT

The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for entrants’ actions, including attempts to circumvent the Rules or interfere with the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Parties may disqualify (or terminate the prize of) any individual who violates the Rules; acts unsportsmanlike or disruptive; annoys/abuses/threatens/harasses others; tampers with entry processes or operation; and may void associated entries/registrations. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE LEGITIMATE OPERATION MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL/CIVIL LAWS; THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES RESERVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES).

10) WAIVERS & DISCLAIMERS

Without limitation, the Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility or liability for: (a) lost/late/stolen/undelivered/inaccurate/incomplete/delayed/misdirected/damaged/garbled entries, URLs, or emails; (b) incorrect or inaccurate entry information or faulty/failed data transmissions; (c) unauthorized access to or theft/destruction/alteration of entries or registrations; (d) technical malfunctions or failures (systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, providers); (e) internet/website inaccessibility or unavailability or hardware/software malfunctions/errors/difficulties of any kind; (f) errors/difficulties related to administration, processing, postings, registrations, prize announcements, or materials. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to virus, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or other causes corrupting fairness/integrity, the Sweepstakes Parties may cancel/terminate/modify/suspend all or part of the Sweepstakes; if terminated, prizes may be awarded via random drawing from non-suspect eligible entries received to the time of such action.

11) RELEASES

By participating, entrants release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages, fines, or actions for injuries, death, or property damage arising in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from: (i) participation (including travel); (ii) receipt/ownership/use/misuse of the prize (including travel); (iii) publicity/privacy/defamation/false light/intellectual-property claims; (iv) entrant’s registration materials; or (v) any typographical/human/other error in printing, offering, selection, operation, or announcement.

12) GOVERNING LAW & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All issues/questions concerning construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules or rights/obligations of entrants, Sponsor, or Released Parties are governed by the internal laws of the State of California, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules.

BY ENTERING, ENTRANT AGREES THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

(A) all disputes/claims/causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize will be resolved individually, without class action;

(B) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual, third-party, out-of-pocket costs (if any) not to exceed $10.00 USD, and no attorneys’ fees may be awarded or recovered;

(C) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain, and entrant waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or lost profits damages, or any multiplied or otherwise increased damages; and

(D) entrants’ remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. (Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations/exclusions.)

13) DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ARBITRATION)

Except as provided below, disputes shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator under the streamlined JAMS Arbitration Rules and Procedures. If JAMS cannot set a hearing within 14 days of a Demand for Arbitration, either party may elect administration by the AAA or another mutually agreeable service. If an in-person hearing is required, it will occur in the State of California. The substantive law applicable to these Rules applies in arbitration. Disputes are arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with others’ claims (including class actions). If a court/arbitrator finds this restriction unconscionable/unenforceable, the arbitration agreement will not apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California. Sponsor may seek injunctive/equitable relief in state or federal courts in California, and any other court with jurisdiction. Sponsor will pay administrative/arbitrator’s fees (excluding entrant’s travel or other costs to attend). Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

14) ENTRY INFORMATION & SWEEPSTAKES COMMUNICATIONS (PRIVACY)

As a condition of entry, each entrant consents to Sponsor obtaining and delivering their name/address/other information to third parties for administration and legal compliance. Information may be used to communicate with entrant regarding this Sweepstakes or a winner’s list. Participation constitutes agreement to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://legends.media/policies/privacy-policy. If any conflict exists between the Privacy Policy and these Rules, these Rules control.

15) MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision of these Rules or the Declaration is invalid/unenforceable/illegal, the remaining provisions remain in effect as if the invalid provision were omitted. Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity. Headings are for convenience only. If any discrepancy exists between Sweepstakes-related materials, website privacy policy/terms of use, social media statements, and these Rules, these Rules prevail and Sponsor will resolve discrepancies in its sole discretion.

16) WINNER LIST

For the winner’s name, send a #10 self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Honda S2000 Giveaway (11903) – Winner List Request, c/o Realtime Media, 2460 General Armistead Ave, STE 209, West Norriton, PA 19403. Requests must be received by January 2, 2026.

17) SPONSOR
